Captain Andrew Donohue’s been fishing Maryland waters since he was a kid — starting out chasing catfish with his dad, then bass at Loch Raven.

Eventually he got a boat… and that’s when things really opened up. New water, new species, new spots to figure out.

Over time, that turned into a deep feel for these local waters — how they change, where fish tend to move, and what actually works on any given day.

Now he runs 40 East Fishing to share that experience.

Because yeah, catching one yourself is great. But watching someone else hook into their first big one never gets old.
